Reading this blog gives the reader more information about the concepts that thought is creative and that your results are your teacher. One would read this blog to learn more about gentle birthing practices implemented to prevent birth trauma and unfavorable thoughts that accompany it. The reader would learn more about the art of breathwork and how it benefits others.
Why would you choose to share this blog with others?
You choose to share this blog with others because they expressed an interest in improving their lives, their relationships, their health or have mentioned wanting to have children. They could already have children and wish to improve the quality of the parent-child relationship or be expecting a child and it would still be a good recommendation.
I’m Dr. Michelle Mollard, a holistic healer, chiropractor and breathworker. As a graduate of the Atlanta Breathworker’s Training Program, I was so excited to begin my practice of rebirthing. I gained an enormous amount of insight into my own history and behavior from this training that helps me work with others and their unique experiences. The information inspired me to want to share this knowledge of how to use the breath to release stress and how to have a gentle birth with my local medical community, local midwives and interested parents. This blog is the beginning. I hope you enjoy it.
